POPPED AND FLAVORED IN-HOUSE

We pop all of our corn in a kettle popper and a hot air popper in the shop. We use what’s called mushroom corn and butterfly corn. Mushroom provides large round kernels perfect for coating with caramel and chocolate, and butterfly provides nooks and crannies to hold our spice blends. Our corn is GMO free.

SWEET AND SAVORY 

We create flavors using spice blends created in our kitchen and coatings which include caramel and chocolate. El Dorado for example is made with chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika and nutritional yeast to make it taste cheesy, but it’s dairy free. Chocolate malt? Ovaltine and melted Ghirardelli chocolate.
